Some of the pictures you've faved, sure, they're just spam.
But things like this: [link] are not.
It may not be the best, but it's someone actually TRYING.
Deviantart isn't just for OH-SO-AMAZING artists, it's also for people who are TRYING to IMPROVE, by posting their art and gaining confidence which shapes their talent.
That's extremely offensive to those who aren't that good, but are trying their hardest to improve. It's an insult.
On a second note, this account isn't about art, either. You aren't posting any art; you're just going around complaining and out-right insultin other people's art. That's a bit hypocritical.

This is an art site. Everyone has every right in the world to decide what they think is or isn't art.

Well, some people don't go about stating their opinions in the best way, but they are opinions, after all. That's why people should just learn to deal with the fact that not everyone agrees with them.
You know, we have a technical term for people who come to a website merely to insult other people's works. They're generally referred to as 'trolls.'
Now, you may dress your trolling up in as many fancy words as you care to, but you're a troll.
You, whatever you may think, are certainly not a critic. Regardless of what I may think of critics, they sometimes offer advice and compliments. The only thing ones hears out of you is, "this is garbage." You might try offering constructive criticisms or advice, instead of rampantly insulting people.
I'm sure you'll come and fave half my gallery in revenge, but- hey, I don't care. People like you need to be called out.
